Shipping your 3-MMC crystal

3-MMC crystal will be shipped at soon as your payment is received. Orders placed and paid on working days before 16:30 EU time, will be shipped that same day.

of course, excemptions exists in case of

• awaiting backorder
• national holidays

In any case we will always try and ship at earliest convenience.

important:

Your 3-MMC crystals can be shipped practically wordwide. However, we’ve marked some areas having “increased risk” of lost parcels and/or confisquation by customs. In these area’s, we charge a small fee in order to cover for reshipment cases. Also, the maximum order amount per orders will be limited to EUR 250. This applies to the following area’s:

Finland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Canada, United States (US), Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia (all)

Packaging of 3-mmc

3-MMC crystals comes in a hardened, sealed and smell-free package to ensure steady quality of your 3-MMC and also to prevent chemical contamination.

Our packaging materials are firm and standard unbranded. No logo’s, names or contents will be displayed.

Reshipment

For all orders of 3-mmc we have 1 reshipment in case your order gets lost in shipment.

Please let us know if your shipment has not arrived within reasonable time (check our FAQ for transit times and add to it 2 days for marge).

Our shipping partner will not investigate any cases which are younger than 21 days. Therefore we only resend the same order at no additional costs after investigation is finished.

Storing your 3-MMC crystals

This product is best stored in a cool, dry and dark environmen. We recommend using a freezer (the lower the temperature, the better).

Make sure the product is packed or wrapped firmly to avoid moisture.
